How do I return an item?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase so our returns policy is easy. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging
Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase
We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Items of furniture can only be returned if they are unused, have not been damaged since they were delivered and are re-packed in the original packaging.
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and are mattresses, duvets and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened, toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken, underwear and swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed and earrings.
Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post.
If you have purchased via one of our Voucher partners we will only exchange items if found to be faulty. We are not able to offer refunds on these purchases as the sale is made via the partner. In these instances please refer back to the voucher issuer.
